Reconnect your team to their best selves, each other, and to your WHY
We know that running an organization or business and managing a team can possibly feel like...
-
a challenge to cultivate a shared culture where your team genuinely knows each other
-
a tangle of endless (and frustrating!) administrative tasks
-
road blocks that you're not quite sure what to do about
-
difficult to build connection when some team members (partially or only) work virtually
We believe that you can have...
-
a renewed sense of purpose for everyone
-
mindfulness and presence,
-
increased positive work culture and career satisfaction,
-
a group culture around healthy boundaries and self care
Through this retreat we will help you connect your team to each other and themselves through...
-
accessible yoga and meditation classes appropriate for beginners
-
small group discussion and journal prompts
-
simple but powerful nature-connection exercises
-
professional clothed massage therapy in a group
-
nourishing food, tea, and snacks
WHAT TO EXPECT
Since 2022, EarthWell has created and facilitated custom wellness staff retreats for non-profit, community and governmental organizations that are on the front lines serving in our communities, including therapists, educators, law enforcement, healthcare providers and non-profit leaders.
These retreats offer a day of deep rest through mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga, nature connection and massage
Retreats also offer guided group discussion exploring topics like nervous system regulation, self-care in the workplace, compassion fatigue and secondary trauma. Emily Adama, MSW, and Ariana Wakeman, LMSW work with organizations to design retreats that meet their unique needs and requests.
* NOTE: we can fully organize and facilitate your retreat, or you can build your staff retreat a-la-carte with different options available such as opening/closing circle facilitation, catering, yoga and meditation classes, sound bath, massage therapy, etc.

See What Others Are Saying...
"As the owner of a company, I highly recommend taking your staff to a retreat. Emily and her staff are spot on in the self-care industry. This is a quaint setting, with loads of nature to fully relax you and bring you to center. Emily helped set up my event and made everything effortless. The price was more than acceptable and the organization of the event itself was impeccable[…] From start to finish it was renewing, team building and wonderful in every way. I will definitely be treating my people again next year."
~ Karen (KBT Pain Management and Recover LLC)
"I highly recommend Earthwell for your next retreat. It was very relaxing and brought my team together. Emily and Ari are fantastic facilitators and run a top notch retreat. [...] Our program is different than most and it was extremely helpful to have individuals who have worked in the field to help through things with a stress free day. The best part was being reminded to give yourself permission to rest and reset."
["My favorite part of the day was..."]
...being able to have a space to slow down, connect with myself, nature, my colleagues in really deep and meaningful ways.
... engaging with my coworkers in an unhurried manner.
...the small group discussion. Everyone was very transparent and it was such a wonderful time.
I also really enjoyed the Sound Bath.
