"I Highly recommend Day of Mindfulness at EarthWell. Emily has curated a beautiful day of presence that takes you deeper into the Self by way of sitting meditation, guided walking meditation (which was truly beautiful) and inviting in Ari for yoga and Rob for sound. Was just an awesome experience to share in deep silence with the land and others who were also looking for an opportunity to slow down, offer self-compassion and rest. Thank you.
