ReVillaging for Modern Mothers: day-long retreats for Mamas​

  • Rest and ReVillaging through deep discussion, mindful self-reflection, gentle yoga & embodiment practices, rest (yoga nidra) and song.

Book a heated cabin, 3-season cabin, or tent spot to complete your retreat experience

STEP 3: PLAN FOR YOUR FOOD

Our Retreats for Mommas and Helping Professionals both include a vegetarian, gluten free lunch and snacks. (Our Day of Mindfulness does NOT). Plan ahead to buy any extra meals from nearby shops (Agricole in Chelsea!) or bring your own if spending the night. Catering only available for groups of 9-12 people.
